Join Chantal Basson for an insightful session on managing psychological risk within ultra-high-net-worth families and shifting from reactive dispute resolution to lasting cohesion. This talk explores how emotional dynamics, family systems, and governance structures intersect — and how addressing these factors early can protect both relationships and long-term wealth.

Chantal will share practical approaches and real-world perspectives on identifying hidden risks, navigating complex family dynamics, and supporting healthier communication and alignment across generations. A valuable session for advisors looking to strengthen family resilience and continuity beyond traditional technical solutions.
